Casey Gorab is a musician on a mission to initiate authentic, human connection through her work. Whether that be through songwriting, performing, teaching, or any form of content creation, she is determined to spend her life continuing to fulfill that mission. Thanks to the incredible theater companies she has worked with, her original works have premiered at venues such as New York City's 54 Below and The Triad Theater, Hackensack PAC, and Montclair State University. Her music is also featured in commercials, mini documentaries, as well as her own original music video projects that have reached thousands. In addition, having multiple sales on her new online business platform, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with lyricists around the world and set their words to music. Learn more about that here.
Her history as an artist is heavily theater-based. She is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association and first took the stage at the age of 6 in the role of Gretl Von Trapp. She made her professional debut in 2011 with the 1st National Tour of A Christmas Story, The Musical and was a recipient of a National Youth Arts Award in 2017 for her portrayal of Sally Brown in You're A Good Man Charlie Brown. She was nominated for a 2017 Perry Award for that same production. Musical theater has always been her greatest influence, and she will forever hold it close to her heart.
With her mission always in mind, she is always open to collaboration. Feel free to contact her through the contact page with any ideas/projects and she will be more than happy to work with you.
